EXCURSIONS

Lancaster, the Lake District and Bowland Forest are within an hours drive of the house.  Blackpool, Garstang and Lytham are within half an hour. There are local opportunities for many outdoor activities including walking, fishing, water sports and bicycling.

The Winter Gardens, the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Waterpark, Blackpool Tower, Blackpool Zoo, Sea Life and Central Pier are all nearby.
